The bench is designed for testing pumps and hydraulic motors of road construction machines after routine and major repairs. The bench ensures testing for operation according to GOST 14658-86 for pumps and according to GOST 20719-83 for hydraulic motors in the volumes specified in the technical specifications agreed with the customer.
The stand allows for testing the functioning of pumps and hydraulic motors (the models of tested items and test modes are shown in the tables).
For pumps, the following are tested:
- Absence of excessive vibration, impacts, knocks, sharp noise, pressure surges in the lines, excessive heating
- No drop formation under covers, plugs, flanges, through housing joints, etc.
- The amount of fluid delivery and its uniformity at the specified direction of the output shaft rotation
- Change in fluid delivery when the regulating mechanisms are operating
- Reaction to load changes (output pressure)
For hydraulic motors, the stand allows for the following checks:
- Absence of excessive vibration, impacts, knocks, sharp noise, pressure surges in the lines, excessive heating, uniform fluid discharge from the drain pipeline (evenness, presence of air bubbles, etc.)
- Presence of fluid leaks from plugs, covers, flanges, along the shaft, etc.
- Rotation of the hydraulic motor's output element when fluid is supplied to the working cavities
- Change in rotation speed of the hydraulic motor's output element with varying fluid flow to the working cavities
