General view of the section. The Ural Engineering Center designs and manufactures stands for the assembly and disassembly of rolling mill rolls. In 2017, within three months, the assembly and disassembly stands for work rolls were designed, manufactured, and put into operation: Support Roll Assembly-Disassembly Stand: Designed for removing the bearings from support rolls during repair or regrinding, and for mounting the bearings onto support rolls. Work Roll Assembly-Disassembly Stand: Designed for removing the bearings from work rolls during repair or regrinding, and for mounting the bearings onto textured work rolls. The stands were installed in the rolling and pressing shop of JSC "KZOTsM."
