Two 3D models of ongoing projects were showcased at the exhibition.
1. A joint project with SUSU for the creation of high-tech production of unique hydraulic drives for testing stands, widely used in both military and civilian industries. The project is being implemented under Government Decree No. 218 of April 9, 2010.
Goal: To launch the production of hydraulic drives with hydrostatic guides in Chelyabinsk, mastering the serial production of import-substituting products that match the quality and characteristics of foreign counterparts. Currently, Russian analogues are absent in the market.
2. Universal three-axis servo-hydraulic vibration stand
This stand is designed to conduct vibration tests of spacecraft during ground experimental testing and acceptance testing of flight samples for transportation loads and launching spacecraft on a launch vehicle. The mass of the test object can be up to 5.5 tons!
The total mass of the designed stand, along with the seismic foundation, is about 1,000 tons. The project is unique since its closest counterpart is equipment developed by the American company Team Corporation for NASA. However, our development has several completely new advantages.
The stand uses 9 hydraulic drives, which had to be purchased from the USA, but we hope to start producing such drives in Chelyabinsk with the launch of the new production mentioned above.
Thanks to the Business Support Fund and the SME Development Center "Business Territory," UrIC received a bank loan guarantee to implement this project.
At the forum, UrIC representatives held business meetings with customers and partners. Plans for further cooperation were outlined.
Import substitution is possible with UrIC.
