On November 23, as part of the Science Days in the Chelyabinsk Region, a panel discussion was held at the South Ural State University (SUSU) on the development of the Ural Research and Education Center (UMNOC).
The panel discussion, titled "UMNOC as a Tool for University and Enterprise Development," featured participants such as Assistant Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation Evgeny Gurariy, Chairman of the Ural Branch of RAS Victor Rudenko, UMNOC Development Director Igor Manzhurov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk Region Vitaly Litke, Acting Rector of SUSU Alexander Wagner, as well as representatives of industrial partners including LLC "UrIC," LLC "STI PPU Plant," PJSC "MMK," OJSC "MMK-Metiz," and JSC "NIIMash."
During the discussion, LLC "UrIC" presented projects that were implemented with the contribution of the scientific potential of universities, as well as those currently being developed within UMNOC.
In conclusion, participants of the Ural Research and Education Center were awarded certificates of gratitude from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Chelyabinsk Region for their special contribution to the development of the world-class research and education center "Advanced Manufacturing Technologies and Materials."
During Science Days, five employees of UrIC completed advanced training in the course "Methods, Technologies, and Practices of Project Management" at the SUSU campus.
