In 2014, PJSC "Transneft" decided to build a plant in Chelyabinsk for the localization of pump equipment production, with a key component being a testing center. The design and approval of the project, supply of equipment and materials, installation, and commissioning of the main systems of the testing center were carried out by the company "Ural Engineering Center" LLC.
