In 2007, UrIC, in collaboration with the German company "Hauhinco," developed project documentation and carried out the reconstruction of the pump-accumulator station at the forging and pressing production of ZAO "Alcoa SMZ" in Samara.
The project documentation for the pump-accumulator station (PAS) was approved by the Samara Regional Rostekhnadzor authorities.
The full scope of work included:
- Construction and installation works
- Installation of pumping and hydraulic equipment
- Installation of PAS pipelines
- Installation of instrumentation and automated control system (ACS) for the PAS
- Commissioning works
As a result of the reconstruction, the pump-accumulator station at the plant now meets modern requirements for reliability, safety, and environmental standards.
