Hydraulic system of the steelmaking complex in EMP
As part of the project to modernize the steelmaking complex in the Electrometallurgical Production (EMP), a new hydraulic system was installed and configured. This system includes components such as pumps, hydraulic cylinders, and distributors that enable efficient hydraulic process control in steel production.
Special attention was given to the installation of vacuum pipes for the steel vacuuming system. These pipes play a key role in removing gases and impurities from the steel, significantly improving the quality of the final product. The installation was carried out in full compliance with technical standards, ensuring system reliability and durability.
Installation of the hydraulic system of the Danieli forging module
The project also included the installation of a hydraulic system for the Danieli forging module. This system is designed to manage forging processes and ensures high precision and operational efficiency. The hydraulic system comprises modern pumping units, valves, and control panels that provide precise pressure regulation and movement speed of the working elements.
