Flushing and hydraulic testing of pipelines
At the heating furnace section No. 1, 2 – RM01 and the cutting line section – RM04, flushing and hydraulic testing of hydraulic and liquid lubrication pipelines were conducted. The work was performed as part of the "5000 Plate Mill Complex for the production of low-alloy steel sheet" project.
Commissioning work
Commissioning of hydraulic systems No. 9, 10, and 11 was carried out on the cutting line section – RM04. These tasks were also part of the "5000 Plate Mill Complex for the production of low-alloy steel sheet" project.
Installation of the thick grease station
A thick grease station was installed on the roller table of the gas cutting machine on the 5000 mill. This significant improvement will help enhance the efficiency and reliability of the production process.
