Since 2015, specialists from UriNT have been carrying out a full range of routine and major repair work on the hydraulic and lubrication systems at EVRAZ NTMK, as well as at various enterprises in the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk regions.
Comprehensive Approach to Maintenance
The comprehensive approach to maintenance covers all types of work aimed at ensuring the operability of equipment:
- diagnosing the technical condition of equipment;
- daily inspections, maintenance, and both routine and major repairs;
- equipment modernization;
- timely supply of spare parts.
The effectiveness of the maintenance and repair process is also achieved through the use of SAP ERP for information support, efficient repair planning, developed regulations, and technological maps for inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Daily personal tasks are issued, statistics and root cause analysis of failures and downtime are conducted, corrective actions are developed, and their implementation is monitored. The staff actively participates in the "Ideas Factory" project.

The centralized service department for the maintenance and repair of hydraulic equipment and lubrication systems is an effective solution for ensuring the operability of equipment. We are able to carry out major repairs in full and quickly address the causes of unplanned downtime by engaging the necessary number of personnel.
