In 2014, PJSC "Transneft" decided to construct a factory in Chelyabinsk to localize the production of pump equipment, with the testing center being a key component of the project. The design, project approval, equipment and material supply, installation, and commissioning of the main systems for the testing center were carried out by "Ural Engineering Center" LLC.

For controlling and managing the equipment of the testing center, an automated control system with a set of instrumentation and control devices was developed and implemented, allowing for testing with the highest class of measurement accuracy in various modes while ensuring safety in accordance with the requirements of JSC "Transneft."

The testing center is designed for various types of automated tests to determine the operational parameters of various dynamic pumps.
An automated control system with proprietary software and a set of instrumentation and control devices was developed and implemented to manage the equipment in the testing center.
All necessary auxiliary facilities were designed, supplied, and installed.
The entire scope of work for constructing the testing center, from signing the contract for design and construction work to commissioning, was completed between August 12, 2015, and December 15, 2015.
The completed center, in terms of technical characteristics and technological capabilities, has no analogs in Russia and meets global standards.
