The test bench is designed to conduct acceptance tests of pumps in accordance with GOST 14658-86 (Positive displacement pumps of hydraulic drives. Acceptance rules and testing methods), hydraulic cylinders - GOST 18464-96 (Positive displacement hydraulic drive. Hydraulic cylinders. Acceptance rules and testing methods) and hydraulic accumulators with registration of the main hydraulic parameters in electronic form.
Indicators checked during pump tests on the stand:
- The flow of working fluid and uniformity at a given direction of the output shaft rotation
- Change in the value of working fluid flow during the operation of regulation mechanisms
- Response to increased load (change in outlet pressure; change in drainage leaks)
- Absence of excessive vibration, impacts, knocks, sharp noise, pressure surges in the pipelines, excessive heating
- Absence of droplet formation from under covers, plugs, flanges, through body joints, etc.
Indicators checked during accumulator tests:
- Functionality
- External tightness
- Internal tightness
Indicators checked during cylinder tests:
- Idle running functionality
- External tightness at fixed connections
- Internal leaks at the end positions of the piston
- Breakaway pressure
- Idle pressure
Components:
- Pump test site with a circulation loop for filtration and cooling of the working fluid, consisting of a pump unit, filter, and heat exchanger
- Cylinder and accumulator test site
- Pump station
- Hydraulic control panel with measuring and regulating instruments
- Control cabinet for the pump station (electrical power)
- Control panel for the stand (electrical)
- Operator workstation (shared with the stand for testing servo, proportional, and discrete equipment SGI-12.01.00.00.000), including a notebook computer with software and a printer
- Connecting electrical cables and hydraulic hoses
