The test bench is designed to conduct acceptance tests of discrete and proportional hydraulic equipment in accordance with GOST 20245-74 (Hydraulic equipment. Acceptance rules and test methods) and GOST 28971-91 (Hydraulic drive. Servomotors. Test methods).
The stand allows testing devices of various types:
- by installation type: butt and pipe type
- by control type: discrete, proportional, and servo control
- by the design of the control part: with built-in and external electronics
The stand for testing hydraulic equipment consists of the following main elements:
- test bench with a mounting plate, measuring and regulating instruments
- pump station
- heat exchanger
- control cabinet for the pump station (electrical power)
- control panel for the pump station
- control panel for the test bench
- computer with software
- connecting electrical cables and hydraulic hoses
- set of adapter plates for butt-mounted hydraulic equipment
DESCRIPTION OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE OF THE TEST BENCH
The purpose of the software when working with the electrical equipment of the test bench:
- processing signals from sensors on the bench and the pump station
- visualizing measurement results on the monitor screen
- controlling the electrical equipment of the stand and the pump station (relay, light indication) according to the algorithm
- controlling the process of testing hydraulic devices (setting control signals)
- displaying documentation on the monitor regarding hydraulic equipment testing (connection diagrams)
- archiving data during testing on the bench
The pump station control algorithm allows:
- monitoring pump station parameters (oil level, temperature, etc.)
- monitoring the condition of the electrical part (main pump drive)
- issuing a signal for work permission or emergency shutdown of the pump station with appropriate light indication
Parameters checked during tests on the bench for discrete equipment:
- functioning
- internal and external tightness
- pressure adjustment dependency on flow rate
- smooth regulation and adjustment range
- change in reduced pressure when changing inlet pressure and flow rate
- fluid flow through the control valve
- flow dependency on the pressure difference at the inlet and outlet
Parameters checked during tests on the bench for proportional equipment:
- functioning
- internal and external tightness
- pressure gain factor
- zero offset
- flow gain factor
- hysteresis and polarity
