The stand is designed for testing cylinders with internal hydraulic pressure for cyclic durability in accordance with GOST R 51753-2001.
Composition:
- Pump unit with hydraulic panels
- Control console
- Filling unit
The control console includes:
- Operator panel
- Automation panel (based on a SIEMENS controller)
- Computer
- Power electrical panel
The stand supports three operating modes:
- Manual control mode
- Setup mode
- Automatic mode
The operator selects the stand's operating mode, the pressure variation pattern (sinusoidal or trapezoidal) during the cylinder test, and sets all necessary parameters.
During the testing of each cylinder, files are generated containing all the information necessary for identifying the cylinder and tracking the test progress over time.
The experience of using the stand for testing cylinders of various capacities for cyclic durability has demonstrated that the stand's functional capabilities and characteristics meet the required standards.
The stand is certified.
