      С этой знаковой работы началась история предприятия УрИЦ. Тогда компания называлась: «Учебно-инжиниринговый центр». С легкой руки Сергея Константиновича Носова (он в то время был исполнительным директором ЗАО «ММК») компании УИЦ поручили разработать систему противоизгиба рабочих валков на стане горячей прокатки 2000 в ЛПЦ-10.

      В 1994 году стан "2000" горячей прокатки стал первым на ММК крупным промышленным объектом, возведенным при широком участии иностранных строителей и специалистов.
