The stand is designed for conducting the following tests on hydraulic cylinders:
- idle operation
- external tightness on fixed connections
- internal leakage in extreme piston positions
- breakaway pressure
- idle pressure
The stand is equipped with equipment for disassembly and assembly of hydraulic cylinders.
Delivery set includes:
- stand pump station
- frame for mounting the tested hydraulic cylinders with a movable trolley
- hydraulic cylinder assembly/disassembly press
- oil pump for draining the stand's sump with a filtration system
- power electrical equipment
- stand control panel
The stand's pump station protection system provides:
- protection of the equipment from overheating
- shutdown of the stand when the oil level in the tank falls below the allowable limit
- blockage of pump start and operation when suction valves are closed
The stand is intended for operation at JSC "Magnitogorsk Service Center," Magnitogorsk.
The test bench is equipped with tools for disassembling and assembling hydraulic cylinders.
