Cleaning Stations

The Ural Engineering Center designs and manufactures:

• Ultrasonic cleaning stations designed for cleaning reusable metal mesh filter elements. This extends the service life of each element to several years. These stations can also be used to effectively clean new and refurbished hydraulic system components before installation. If necessary, specialized cleaning stations can be developed for specific types of parts and elements.
• Oil filtration stations, which can be used both for preparing oil before it is filled into the system and during operation to maintain the required cleanliness of the working fluid (as it is known, 75% of all failures are caused by contaminated working fluids). These stations are manufactured based on customer specifications.

Examples include the production of stationary oil filtration stations for removing mechanical impurities, multi-stage filtration stations for removing water and mechanical impurities, and mobile oil filling units for hydraulic systems.

• Technical water filtration systems based on reusable metal mesh filter elements. For example, such equipment has been implemented in the water supply systems of "BUMMASH" pump-accumulator stations.
